When you use our app, we also record the type of phone you use (make, model and software version) and the app version, so we can support you and fix problems.

Ability to proceed with an offer on a property: as a potential buyer when you book a viewing we shall contact you to clarify your financial position i.e. do you have a mortgage agreed in principle or are you a cash buyer. Also, whether you have a property to sell to enable you to purchase another property. We will process your personal information for the purposes of our legitimate interests in determining your ability to proceed with a purchase so that the seller has an informed choice should there be an offer. This also has the potential to speed up any subsequent transaction.
4. To engage with you in relation to our products and services: we will use your personal information to provide you with the products and services you have requested from us. We will process your personal information in this way if it is necessary for the performance of the contract with us.
5. Voice Recordings: we shall record calls to and from our Head Office in order to ensure that we comply with our customers’ instructions and our legal obligations to our customers (including those under privacy legislation such as GDPR).

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours, which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your information to other members of the Ellahi Group.

Customers who join through a partner

If you sign up using a link or code from one of our partners, we share your name, email address, phone number and the properties you view, save or reserve with that partner, so they can support you with those deals. YouTube API Services

We use YouTube API Services to publish our own marketing videos to YouTube channels that we own and operate. We do not access, collect, store or process any information from your YouTube account, and we do not access any YouTube data belonging to our users.

By using our services you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service . Information handled by Google in connection with YouTube API Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy .

The only credential we retain is an authorisation token for our own YouTube channels, held securely on our own servers and used solely to upload our own video content. We do not share it with any third party. The owner of a connected channel may revoke our access at any time through the Google security settings page , after which any stored token is permanently deleted and no further access is possible.
